By accessing and using Benk UI ("Service"), operated by Exodus Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Benk UI provides a premium Figma UI component library. Our Service includes access to production-ready Figma components that you can copy directly into your design files with one click.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment

Benk UI offers a one-time lifetime access payment of $49. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable one-time fee
• Provide accurate billing information

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Outside of this window, purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use components in your personal and commercial projects
• Modify components to suit your project needs
• Use components in unlimited projects

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the components as a standalone product or as part of a competing component library.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Redistribute or resell components as a competing product
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Reverse engineer or extract our platform source code

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, but you may continue using components already in your Figma files under the license terms at the time of purchase.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent in-app notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
